Calculators
These manuals are reproduced here with the permission of Hewlett-Packard. These Acrobat (version 3.01) PDFs may be viewed on screen or printed. Because they are scanned at high resolution, printing is recommended. Acrobat readers for a large number of platforms may be freely downloaded from Adobe. Blank pages have been omitted from some of the manual scans to save space.
Some volunteers omitted blank pages from the scans and others kept them. While the scans have been browsed for readability and completeness, due to the size of this project, there may be missing or duplicated pages. Any missing pages will be posted at www.hpmuseum.org/cdupdates/ for downloading.
If you find that the Acrobat plug-in for your browser is slow, you may prefer to run the stand-alone Acrobat reader. Download the appropriate reader (see above), go to the pacs directory on the CD and double-click the appropriate pdf file.
The following volunteers contributed manual scans:
Most ROMs do not include code listings because the ROM modules contain machine code. In these cases, the manual scan is included as an aid to those that have a module but no manual.
**File names such as 41aviat.txt refer to files in the roms\41progs (or roms/41progs) directory. These module listings were made as a reference but you should note some limitations:
***HP-67 application pacs were scanned at 1 bit B&W like the others to save space. This causes the shifted key labels on the card pictures to scan black instead of yellow rendering them invisible. Fortunately, the shifted key functions are also described in the instructions area.
