The Full Set

The Museum CD Set is available for $25 plus shipping and contains:

A copy of the museum web site (except for searching, the ads, and the forum.)
An additional 40MB of high resolution color images.
More than 100 scanned HP manuals and applications pacs (over 900MB) in Adobe Acrobat format that may be printed or viewed on screen. These files are too large for the web site.

A Single Manual

A custom CD containing the manual of your choice in Adobe Acrobat format is available for $9 plus shipping. These CDs do not include copies of the web site or the high resolution images and may take a little longer because they are made to order.

Details

The full CD set is written in the Joliet format which can be fully read by Windows 9x, Windows NT 4.0 and some versions of Linux. DOS, Windows 3.1, Unix and Macintosh systems should also be able to read the disk but they may not be able to run the slide rule and HP-25 Java simulations because of they use long file names. Linux users who don't have Joliet long filename support can add a patch.
Single manual CDs are written in the standard ISO 9660 format.
Recordable CDs (CD-Rs) may not be readable on some low-end or old CD-ROM drives. (Some drive manufactures will replace drives that won't read CD-Rs) Some first-generation DVD-ROM drives were rushed to market without the ability to read CD-Rs. If you have one, please check your manual before ordering. So far, in the first several hundred shipped, no problems have been reported.
For long life, you should minimize their exposure to sunlight and extreme temperatures.
If you don't have an Acrobat reader for the manual scans, readers for many platforms may be freely downloaded from Adobe.
